The coffee courses promise to enlighten, enrich, and enhance anyone who wants to know more about coffee and the skills needed as a Barista.
In this course, our Barista will cover the fundamentals of appreciating coffee in its process of roasting, making and tasting. Coffee cupping, trying out single origin coffee, hands on practice to turn the espresso-based coffee into a work of art. You will understand the science involve, and appreciate the art and labour of love in ensuring the right grind in preparing the humble espresso.
The attendees will possess the knowledge and skill to confidently and consistently prepare cappuccinos and cafe lattes in the right proportions of coffee, milk and foam.
